Ancak 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sakatl\u0131k nedeniyle profesyonel sporculuk hayat\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131rmak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Akademisyen \u015eahin,&nbsp;Ni\u011fde \u00d6mer&nbsp;Halisdemir&nbsp;\u00dcniversitesi E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi olarak akademik kariyerine&nbsp;2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, bu g\u00f6revini be\u015f y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2007-2014 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da; G\u00fcre\u015f Federasyonu, \u0130\u015fitme Engelliler Federasyonu ve Spor E\u011fitim Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda Sportif E\u011fitim Uzman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye Olimpiyat Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Merkezi\u2019nde koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fck g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak atanm\u0131\u015f ve bu g\u00f6revini 2021 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2021\u2019de ise Yenimahalle Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Spor y\u00f6neticili\u011fi alan\u0131nda da aktif rol alan \u015eahin,&nbsp;Be\u015ftepe&nbsp;Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc, K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam Gen\u00e7lik Hizmetleri Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Derne\u011fi ve Sportif E\u011fitim Uzmanlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kurucu ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f;&nbsp;Hasankaleliler&nbsp;Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Derne\u011fi, \u015eampiyon G\u00fcre\u015f\u00e7iler Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Derne\u011fi ve Amat\u00f6r Spor Adamlar\u0131 ve Sporcular Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Derne\u011fi\u2019nin kurucu \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
