Forum, ragbiye ilgi duyan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bir araya getirerek, sporun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcyle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplumdaki ve y\u00f6netimdeki rollerini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren etkinliklerde oyun temelli uygulamalarla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n liderlik kapasiteleri desteklenirken, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck konular\u0131 da tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Etkinlik sayesinde hem ulusal hem de uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n spor yoluyla g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131k art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forumda, \u0130ngiltere B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi Projeler ve \u0130kili \u0130li\u015fkiler Uzman\u0131 Gary Benham ile T\u00fcrkiye Ragbi Federasyonu Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130li\u015fkiler Kurul Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hatice K\u00fcbra Y\u0131lmaz da konu\u015fma yapt\u0131. Her iki isim de sporun, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n liderlik potansiyelini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmada oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 role dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etkinlik, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n spor yoluyla g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi ve karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131nda daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelmesi ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak
