VİZYONUMUZ
Türkiye Ragbi Federasyonunun vizyonu, ulusal ve uluslararası alanda tanınan, başarılı, sürdürülebilir ve kapsayıcı tüm branşlarında toplulukları teşvik ederek bünyesindeki branşları Türkiye’de her seviyede gelişimini sağlamaktır. Bu vizyon; yenilikçi, bilimsel yaklaşımlar ve bünyesindeki branşların değerlerine bağlı kalarak, sporcuların, antrenörlerin ve hakemlerin sürekli gelişimine odaklanan, tüm paydaşlarla etkili iş birlikleri kurarak branşların popülerliğini ve erişimini artırmayı hedefler.
MİSYONUMUZ
Türkiye Ragbi Federasyonunun misyonu, bünyesindeki branşları Türkiye’deki spor kültürünün ayrılmaz bir parçası haline getirmek, tüm yaş gruplarından insanları bu branşlar ile tanıştırmak ve bu oyunun eğitici, birleştirici ve sağlık üzerindeki olumlu etkilerini yaymaktır. Federasyon, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde bünyesindeki branşlarınnfaaliyetlerini belirlemek, düzenlemek ve denetlemek; sporcuların, antrenörlerin ve hakemlerin kalitesini yükseltmek; kulüpler, okullar, yerel yönetimler ve medya ile iş birliği yaparak branşların tanınırlığını artırmak; branşlarla özgü toplulukların büyümesini ve bu sporlar aracılığıyla toplumsal değerlerin güçlenmesini sağlamak için çalışır. Bu süreçte, herkes için erişilebilir ve kapsayıcı olmasını sağlayacak politikaları ve programları desteklemeyi amaçlar.
OUR VISION
The vision of the Türkiye Rugby Federation is to ensure the development of all branches at all levels in Türkiye by encouraging communities that are nationally and internationally recognized, successful, sustainable, and inclusive. The Federation is committed to fostering these communities while adhering to innovative, scientific approaches and the values of its branches. It aims to focus on the continuous development of athletes, coaches, and referees by establishing effective collaborations with all stakeholders to increase the popularity and accessibility of branches. In all its activities, the Federation remains steadfast in its opposition to any discrimination on the grounds of race, national or social origin, sex, politics, religion, or creed.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Türkiye Rugby Federation is to make the branches within its organization an integral part of the sports culture in Türkiye, to introduce people of all age groups to these branches, and to spread the educational, unifying, and positive health effects of the game. The Federation works to determine, regulate, and supervise the activities of its branches at the national and international levels, to improve the quality of athletes, coaches, and referees, and to increase the recognition of branches by collaborating with clubs, schools, local governments, and the media. Additionally, it seeks to ensure the growth of specific communities associated with these branches and the strengthening of societal values through these sports. In this process, the Federation is dedicated to supporting policies and programs that promote accessibility and inclusivity for everyone while upholding its unwavering stance against discrimination based on race, national or social origin, sex, politics, religion, or creed.
